Additionally, we identify any existing advisors who play a role in your financial planning.


2. Case Design, Week 2: Our team conducts a thorough review of the information gathered, identifying areas where we can offer assistance. We seek your permission to liaise with other advisors, confirming trust structures and other legal entities if necessary. Upon agreement, we proceed with implementation and initiate the underwriting processes.


4. Underwriting , Weeks 4-8: In the underwriting phase, our team will coordinate any exams, doctors’ records, and financial records, if needed. We leverage our professional underwriting team and extensive network of insurance carriers to negotiate the most favorable pricing on your behalf.


5. Post-Underwriting Recommendations, Weeks 9-12: In our third meeting, we review and finalize recommendations, confirm decisions and set an implementation schedule for the formal applications process.   We complete necessary paperwork, work with the desired carrier to get formal approvals, get policies issues, place coverage in force. Additionally, we establish a post-issue service schedule to ensure your coverage remains aligned with your evolving needs.


6. Ongoing Review, Every 12-24 Months: After your coverage is in force, we schedule regular follow-up meetings to review any changes in your financial situation, family dynamics, or health status. These meetings allow us to make necessary adjustments to ensure your coverage remains optimal and continues to provide the protection you need.
