BIOGRAPHY
Kevin joined our team in 2024 with over 16 years of experience in the life insurance industry. As both an advisor and case designer, he crafts personalized life insurance solutions tailored to our clients' specific needs. His primary focuses are on providing risk management and estate planning solutions to individuals and families, as well as executive benefits designed to attract, reward and retain key talent.
He began his insurance career in 2007 at The Downey Group, a boutique M Financial member firm located in Champaign, IL. Initially, he focused on benefit plan administration within the multi-life team, later transitioning into a consultancy role. Here, he honed his skills in designing, negotiating, administering, and servicing executive life and disability plans tailored for prominent professional firms across the United States. His expertise spans both individual insurance and executive benefits, reflecting a comprehensive understanding of diverse client needs.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is a licensed life, health variable contracts insurance producer and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®). Kevin lives in central Illinois with his wife, Sarah and 3 children. He enjoys rooting for the Fighting Illini and Chicago sports teams.
