Howard Sharfman, Senior Managing Director of NFP Insurance Solutions, has been recognized as an innovative leader in the insurance business for over two decades. He manages one of the premier and largest wealth transfer consulting and planning firms in the country. Mr. Sharfman’s practice is highly focused on servicing families with multigenerational wealth, family offices, private equity managers and ultra-high net worth advisors. His firm has additional expertise in executive benefits, corporate benefits, general insurance and risk management.
Warren McGuire
Managing Director
Warren McGuire joined NFP as a Director in 2018. He started his career as a Financial Consultant at AXA Advisors, LLC. In this role, he works with professionals, business owners, and high net-worth individuals, advising them on strategies for asset accumulation and wealth preservation. In 2017 while at AXA Warren started Blue Cove Capital, a boutique wealth management practice with two other partners. He eventually grew it to a team of nine advisors, before selling his stake to move to NFP.
Jacob Hartz, J.D.
Managing Director
Jacob Hartz serves as Managing Director at NFP Insurance Solutions. He joined the firm in 2020 to focus exclusively on serving the ultra-high net worth community with sophisticated insurance expertise, marrying his legal training in estate planning to his experience as both a single-family office generalist and a private-client advisor. He consults clients on complex techniques involving life insurance finance, private placement life insurance, split-dollar arrangements and charitable planning.
Zoey Rosuck
Director of Partnership Development
Zoey Rosuck joined NFP Insurance Solutions in 2021. As Director of Partnership Development, Zoey builds relationships with strategic partners in the RIA space. She is responsible for identifying and vetting advisory firms that share our core values and vision. She studied communications at the University of Iowa.
